Is it safe to use while sleeping?
We don't recommend using it while asleep. The pad has an auto-shutoff after 2 hours of continuous use as a safety feature, but for sleeping we suggest turning it off and using a traditional hot water bottle instead. It's perfectly safe during rest periods when you're awake.
How long does battery last?

Can I wear it under clothes?
